Dalia Abd El-Hameed is the Gender and Women’s Rights officer at the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights (EIPR). Her mandate at EIPR includes national and international advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and rights, documentation of sexism in the public space and other issues related to Gender Based Violence and gender-mainstreaming within EIPR programs. She holds a masters degree in sociology and anthropology from the American University in Cairo, she wrote her thesis on the organized football fandom in Egypt (The Ultras).
